I've battled weight loss issues for over 40 years, trying every diet that came along only to fail time and time again after reaching my goal. I've also dealt with bulimia, anorexia, anorexia athletica, and body dysmorphia, not to mention abusing diet pills, diuretics, and laxatives. As would be expected, I eventually had many health issues like obesity, pre-diabetes, stroke level high blood pressure, acid reflux, rosacea, Reynauld's syndrome, and depression. It wasn't until I was formally diagnosed as a food addict that the pieces finally fell into place. Now, I'm passionate about helping others, so they don't have to struggle as long as I did.
